Tyson Beckford dropped by the studio yesterday. He roared up the block on a tricked out Yamaha R1, dressed in full racing gear with a matte black helmet and mirror visor. He looked like an action figure. When he pulled the helmet off you could hear an audible sigh rise up from the FIT girls and the Chelsea boys! He was fun, charming and extremely ripped. I'm starting a diet today!
